Korshub Take: The Enterprise-Ready AI Engineer Bootcamp

This comprehensive 22.5-hour program is designed for aspiring and practicing engineers who want to bridge the gap between AI experimentation and production-grade enterprise deployment. It is ideal for developers, solutions architects, and technical consultants aiming to specialize in Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) for Generative and Agentic AI systems.

Structured Progression: Moves logically from Python and deep learning foundations to advanced RAG, LoRA fine-tuning, and autonomous agent design.
Enterprise Focus: Emphasizes real-world deployment, security, scalability, LLMOps, and cost management—skills often missing in standard AI courses.
Hands-On Capstones: Culminates in two portfolio-ready projects that demonstrate end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements to measurable business value.

Perfect for those who don’t just want to use AI—but to engineer, secure, and scale it within complex organizational environments.

About this course

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Become a Forward Deployed AI Engineer. Build production Generative AI apps with Python, RAG, AI agents, MCP and A2A, then secure, evaluate and deploy them for the enterprise. This 22.5-hour program takes you from GenAI foundations to two portfolio-ready FDE capstone projects - no prior AI experience needed.

Starting with essential foundations in Python, APIs, cloud computing, machine learning, and deep learning, you will progressively explore Large Language Model (LLM) architectures, transformer fundamentals, tokenization, embeddings, context engineering, and prompt optimization.

You will learn to build sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications, implement hybrid search and reranking strategies, work with vector databases, develop multimodal AI solutions, and customize models using techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, and supervised fine-tuning.

The course then advances into Agentic AI and autonomous systems, where you will design intelligent agents capable of reasoning, planning, using tools, maintaining memory, and executing complex workflows. You will explore modern interoperability approaches, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication, to integrate AI agents with enterprise applications and services.

Beyond development, you will gain practical experience with enterprise AI security, authentication, authorization, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, observability, LLMOps, inference optimization, scalability, latency reduction, and cost management.

What makes this program distinctive is its emphasis on the complete Forward Deployed Engineering lifecycle.

You will learn how to translate customer requirements into technical architectures, build proofs of concept, integrate solutions with enterprise infrastructure, evaluate production readiness, manage deployments, and demonstrate measurable business value.

Throughout the course, you will apply your knowledge through practical exercises, real-world enterprise scenarios, and implementation-focused projects.

By the end of the program, you will have completed two portfolio-ready FDE capstone projects, demonstrating your ability to engineer secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient Generative AI systems.

Whether you want to become a Generative AI Engineer, AI Solutions Architect, Agentic AI Developer, or Forward Deployed Engineer, this course provides a structured pathway from foundational knowledge to enterprise AI implementation skills.

Go beyond prompting. Learn to engineer, deploy, and deliver Generative AI solutions for the real world.
