Terms of Service

1. What Korshub is

Korshub is a marketplace that surfaces discount coupons and free-enrollment offers for online courses hosted on third-party platforms. We do not sell courses ourselves. Every deal links out to the course on its own platform, where enrollment and payment take place. Korshub is not a party to that transaction.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Deals and coupon accuracy

Deals come from course creators and third-party platforms, and prices, availability, and expiry can change without notice. We work to keep listings current, but we can't guarantee that any coupon will still be valid when you click through. Always confirm the final price on the course platform before enrolling. Korshub isn't responsible for the courses themselves or for a platform honoring a given coupon.

4. Creator listings

If you list a course, you confirm that you own it or are authorized to promote it, and that your listing is accurate and lawful. We review listings before they go live and may edit, pause, or remove any listing that is misleading, infringing, or against these terms. You keep 100% of the revenue from enrollments. Korshub never takes a commission on your sales.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Creator plans (Growth and Pro) are billed as recurring subscriptions through our payment providers. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; on cancellation your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Fees are exclusive of taxes where applicable. Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

When using Korshub, you agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the catalogue except as expressly permitted.
• Post misleading, infringing, or unlawful listings or content.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the service to distribute spam, malware, or pirated material.

7. Intellectual property

The Korshub name, logo, and site design are our property. Course titles, thumbnails, and descriptions belong to their respective creators and platforms; by listing, creators grant Korshub a license to display that content to promote their deals.

8. Disclaimers

Korshub is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that deals will be available, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any course will meet your expectations. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korshub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a third-party course, platform, or transaction. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using Korshub and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use Korshub after a change means you accept the revised terms.
