UdemyThis is a short course built around a single simple tool: a worksheet that walks you through setting and committing to a goal over four weeks. It's aimed at anyone who has a goal slipping through the cracks and doesn't have a framework for tackling it.
The course grew out of the instructor's own experiment — a New Year's resolution challenge with a friend, where they committed to seeing a goal through for at least four weeks. That project surfaced real mistakes and lessons about goal setting and habit change, which the instructor combined with several years of further research into this course.
The pitch is deliberately modest: four weeks isn't a long commitment, and the course argues that once you get the habit of setting goals properly, the momentum carries into increased productivity beyond the challenge itself. Instructor support is available for questions.
Do you have a goal you've been letting slip through the cracks? Do you want to improve but don't know where to start? Good news, this short course is designed to help you get starting on achieving your ambitions. Goals can be difficult, especially without a framework. This course will give you a simple worksheet to fill out and get started on your goals. It's easy!
This course roughly was inspired by a project I did several years ago, where a friend and I decided to get serious about our New Years' resolutions. We promised we'd complete our goals for at least 4-weeks. We made a lot of mistakes but also learned a lot about goal setting and habit change. Using those insights as well as a few years of additional research, I decided to create this course.
If you're on the fence, remember four weeks isn't really that long! You can survive just about anything for that time period, and once you get started setting goals, you'll be well on your way to increased productivity. I want you to see the same benefits we've gotten by sharing the same system with our family and friends.
Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or need anything. Cheers!
