The belt system

Projects are run by practitioners organized into a hierarchy of belts, starting at white belt, progressing through yellow and green, up to black belt practitioners who lead full projects. This course gives a first look at that world.

We give you a free taste of Lean Six Sigma so you can decide if it is something for you.

Lean Six Sigma does all of the aforementioned by means of projects and is equally useful in manufacturing and services. These projects are conducted by teams of Lean Six Sigma experts. These Lean Six Sigma experts have belts and a hierarchy. They start with the white belt, grow to yellow belt, then to green belt and on top we have the Lean Six Sigma black belts who lead Lean Six Sigma projects.
