Salesforce 101: Introduction to Salesforce

If so, then this is the course for you! This course is for anyone new to Salesforce and wanting to understand what it is and the products Salesforce sells. By the end of the course, you will understand the Salesforce cloud services, the Salaries you could achieve working in Salesforce, the certifications available to you and which ones you may wish to start with based on your background. I will also go through a short history of Salesforce to show how it all began and evolved over the years.

You don't need any previous experience with Salesforce.

The course also shows you demo's of some of the Salesforce platforms in the Salesforce ecosystem.
