UdemyBuilt around the shift toward remote and hybrid work, this course examines how leadership and collaboration change when a team moves from the same room to the same screen. It covers the practical mechanics of virtual teamwork — planning and scheduling, running effective online meetings, choosing documentation and communication platforms, and building team spirit without ever meeting face to face.
Team leads and team members alike, in organizations of any size or structure, who want a practical toolbox for avoiding the common pitfalls of working across a screen rather than a table.
The course was produced with support from the EU's Erasmus+ Programme.
