Concept Art: Drawing Imaginary Worlds

What is concept art? Have you ever looked at a drawing of a strange alien world or futuristic city and wondered: How did someone come up with that amazing idea? That's concept art! It refers to illustrative world-building used to inspire the development of a bigger project. It's an approach to drawing utilized by visual artists, authors, game designers, filmmakers and many creative storytellers. For me, it's a way to mix real-life and imagination and bring new depth to a drawing.

All you'll need for this class is a pencil and paper but I'm working in Clip Studio Paint for visual clarity.
