UdemyThis course grounds theory in practice through beautifully filmed scenes of children actually engaged in the five core curriculum areas: Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Math, and Cultural studies. Rather than abstract explanation, you see the method in action.
Developed by Patricia M. Hart, Ph.D., who taught Montessori education for nine years at Gloria Dei Montessori School in Dayton before joining the University of Dayton's faculty, the course combines that classroom expertise with interviews featuring Anna Perry, Executive Director of the Seton Montessori Institute in Chicago. It's a solid, visually grounded introduction to how the Montessori approach actually works.
