UdemyThis free course shares a strength training approach shaped by the instructor's own experience recovering from repeated parkour-related injuries. Rather than presenting a generic strength program, it reflects a shift in training philosophy developed specifically to reduce pain and support long-term recovery.
The course walks through training principles, the specific physical exercises the instructor relies on most, and recovery practices, framed around the goal of training pain-free rather than pushing through injury.
Parkour practitioners dealing with recurring injuries or discomfort who want an alternative to conventional training advice.
This course is my way of thanking you for supporting and following me through my parkour journey. Just know that i really appreciate it, also why i have spend a lot of time and energy creating a course that is of no cost to you! In this course you will learn the way that i strength train, and the way that has helped me overcome injuries as i have been injured since i started training parkour. If you struggle with the same thing, i hope this course can help you on your way to becoming strong and painfree!
I will share my training principles, the physical exercises that i use the most and how to recover faster.
To show you how much i appreciate you, i have also added a bonus section about sleep and mindfulness!
The first thing you have to know, is that my idea of training is really different now than it was a year ago. It is also completely different to how the majority of people will tell you how to train, but i am just telling you guys what has helped me as i have been in constant pain ever since i started training. The new way that i am training has helped me so much more with my injuries, and i hope that this way will do the same for you!
