UdemyDesigned by former professional ballerina and dancer Action Jacquelyn, this program brings the ballet barre workout method home. It's a follow-along format — Jacquelyn performs every move alongside you — built around four 30-minute full-body sessions targeting the core, legs, arms, and back with an emphasis on proper alignment and technique.
The program starts with the fundamentals of each step before combining them into full barre routines, so you build a solid technical base before moving faster. The underlying method uses low-impact, high-intensity bodyweight movements aimed at building muscle, coordination, and flexibility.
Suitable for all levels — no equipment is required to get started, though ankle weights or light hand weights can be added later to increase intensity. It's a practical option for anyone wanting a structured daily practice they can build on toward joining an open ballet class.
